		<description>you prob have what is called daytime running lamps. this is a saftey feature which if i am not mistaken is required in canada, so most cars built in canada will have this feature even thou the car is sold in the US</description>

		<description>There should be three positions on your headlamp switch. One is off, the other is on, and the last is auto.  If they still come on when the headlight switch is off, then you have day time running lights that cannot be bypassed.</description>
