Who knows about the Ford Taurus 2004 ignition remote.?
I bought a used Ford Taurus (2004) It came with an attachment to the key ring. It is this little remote that you have to put at the ignition before you can start the car. I don't see how a battery can be replaced and don't know how I would get a second one?
What do I do.

Sounds like some kind of funky alarm, not something that came from Ford. I'm sure it just pries apart and takes a watch type battery. Give it to someone mechanically inclined and they'll get it open. Are you sure you need it to start the car? How annoying!
