		<description>It&#39;s in a box called the IRCM, or Integrated Relay Control Module. 

I think on those old Tauruses, the IRCM was usually under the plastic panel screwed into the core support.  (top of the radiator, the panel with your engine, emissions, etc, info stickers on it)
Pull that off, and the IRCM should be a medium-sized black box under it.</description>
