Where is the heater core located in Ford Taurus, (1994) and how do I acsess it?
I need to know how to acsess the heater core in my ford taurus so that I can replace it with a new one.

you dont want to even try, its a horriable job, i hate fixing those, its under dash inside plenum, you have to remove most of the dash, usally sterring wheel, glove, dash, all trim, and them also on firewal side remove anything in way to get to the bolts, its a major pain and a very big job most of the time they pay 8 hrs labor alone at my shop thats almost 750 bucks just for labor.
Its quite detailed, as they say you have to remove the Instrument panel to get to the case that the heater core is in. Not easy. I had to do to a different vehicle, and took me 2 days. Not all at once though.
bring it to a garage. the taurus is a major pain in the a## to put a core in.
If you lived in a warm climate, you could bypass it.
