where is the fill cap on the radiator of my 2001 ford taurus?
i have a 2001 ford taurus ses no dohc. i can't find my radiator fill cap and the warning light is beginning to come on.i just acquired this car from an out of town relative.

I agree with jasonbatla. The coolant is filled up at the de-gas bottle on the passenger side in the engine compartment, on this particular vehicle. If topping up the cooling system fails to stop the "low coolant" warning indicator from illuminating, the sensor needs to be replaced, which is not serviced separately from the de-gas bottle. The good news is, the part itself is not that expensive if it needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.
maybe its under the passenger seat ?? maybe….
Look up by the inner fender well on the passenger side,look for a antifreeze resevoir
should be on the top right of radiator only open when cold
left side(passenger side) against fender….big cap
