Where do I find the turn signal flasher on a 1995 Ford Taurus and how do I replace it?
Could you describe in a little more detail where the flasher is? When you say above the fuse panel, what specifically should it be mounted to?
Also, I have a big set of cables coming down around the fuse box that isn’t plugged into anything. Any idea where that might go?

Right above the fuse panel… Usually square and black, with a little mounting tab, or round and silver… Just unplug it, and plug in the new one… very simple.
