What is the best way to sell a great condition 2004 Ford Taurus?
I have a 2004 Ford Taurus, only 45k miles, real nice condition. I want to get rid of it but dont seem to know how. I am looking for a place where i can list or sell the car for the closest to my asking price.
Things I've Tried:
-Local Community Paper
-Ebay
Can't seem to get autotrader.com to post my pics.
Any info at all is greatly appreciated!

Pay for an ad in your city's newspaper, this will reach a wider audience, you can make up nice color ads and post them around your areas bulletin boards, churches, gyms, etc. Unfortunately I agree with the post above, a used Toyota is very easy to sell, your Taurus not so easy.
Take it to Pinkly motors. They will sell it for you if you can say "I want my Pinkly Taurus" three times quickly.
So start practicing & give them a call today.
Unless you're looking to give it away (under $5000) you're not gonna sell it.
That's one of the pitfalls of buying an undesirable car… sure you can buy it cheap new but you'll get raped when it's time to sell.
4 year old Accord and Camry are worth 50%….. Taurus is worth 25%!!!!!!!!
Why couldn't you sell it on ebay? Probably set a high reserve price. Well, I'd say try again on ebay… but this time make it "No reserve" and sell it at whatever the top bid is. It's a risk but that's about the only way you'll sell it. Go with "Featured Listing" this time and take lots and lots of photos. Use their professional templates and try to describe it as thoroughly as possible. I recently sold my Nissan and got $1000 more because I did that.
