unable to start my car, i have a 1995 ford taurus?
I have a 1995 ford taurus, I try to start it this morning and had no juice. I thought the battery was dead since the lights wasn’t working nor the radio ( I just got a new battery two weeks ago). I try to get a jump and the radio and light work but the car wouldn’t start. It wouldn’t turn over. What could be the issue with it?

If the battery was low enough to keep even the radio from working you may need to keep the jumper cables on for as long as 20 minutes to get enough charge to start it. Especially if the jumper cables are light duty ones. The starter motor draws more current than any other item on your car.
Hook up the jumper cables, make sure you have a connection. DO not try to start or run any accessories for 15-20 minutes. Then try to start the car. If it cranks slow or doesn’t crank at all, turn off the key and keep the jumper cables on for another 10 minutes or so and try again.
If that doesn’t start it you may need another new battery. The one you bought should be on warranty.
Unless you left your lights or something else on all night there may be another drain that is killing the battery. If so, you need to find and fix it.
Could be a bad neutral safety switch or starter or battery cable to the starter is loose/corroded.
