		<description>It could be feedback from a bad check valve in the power assist portion of the rack...sometimes just the power box can be replaced, rather than the whole rack, but I don&#039;t know if that one can.</description>

i would slip   shutter and not be stable   tighten the belt     or replace the tensionor</description>
