I am doing an amp install as well. I found the place to run the power wire from battery to the cabin, but once I get to the cabin I cant figure out how to run the wire to the trunk. What panels need to be removed?

In a Ford Tauras- you will have to pull the carpet back, a there is a rubber boot on the firewall just above the gas and brake pedal. Use a screw driver to pry that back, punch out, put a hole in to run the wire through. You might also be able to find it by looking on the firewall below the master cyl for the brakes. ususally down about the middle , lower middle of the firewall. you will see a large black wire harness going into the car.
