nonono! you don’t want to get on the car’s "bad" side! geez man, next time you see it, bow, then wash and polish it. Believe me. Police won’t do anything for you. If your neighbor sees you washing his car, just say "don’t worry, I’ve got us covered" then wink–he’ll understand
