		<description>You can as long as its not freezing or below out. You should use distilled water though because it has less crap to contaminate your car than regular water. You can get it at any grocery store. But I do recommend some antifreeze though.</description>

		<description>i would check the thermostat.  take it out put it in water and boil it. if it opensit is working if it doesnt you have to replace it.
