first id check the belt.. if thats ok then id take it off and to a radiator shop and have it cleaned out it will be like new again… has for a price you need to call around but it sounds to me that is what it needs and dont use the flush stuff it not what you want

first check coolant level if its full then start car &turn on a/c full tilt then check 2 see if the cooling fan is running it might have 2 fans 1 should run when a/c is on or defrost if not check 2 see if the has power if not it has a bad relay if it has power & ground u may have bad fan.

the first thing to check is to see if the cooling fan is operating when the a/c is turned on. if it isn't then you need to have the cooling fan relay checked out to make sure it operating properly. if it doesn't overheat with the a/c off then the cooling system should be good. have the cooling fan circuit checked out if it is not operating properly.

It is overheating because the AC condensor sits in front of the radiator and there is not enough air flow throught the radiator to support both. You need to check or replace the following= the coolant flushed, new thermostat, new radiator, new radiator fan, or new water pump. Or, the motor is worn out or the oil is old, oil transfers heat out of the motor. Have a mechanic look at it and they should tell you what you need. Don't let it overheat and kill your motor…
