Good chance it's a rear hub assembly causing your noise. Does it change pitch if you make a turn to left or right? If it does more than likely it's the problem. There should be no play in the wheel bearing. Sometimes when you take the weight of the car off the bearing it can be a challenge to hear or feel it. But most will make a rumble sound when rotated or will show movement when pressure applied to the wheel top and bottom. The bearing is replaced as an assembly. Avoid the cheap or second line hubs as they usually don't last too long.
