You do NOT have to go to a dealer or even a car mechanic. There are plenty on-line shops that sell remote keys and have a step by step instructions for your car model. If you need to buy keyless remote you can do so for about $10 and will receive the instructions with it. If you are not buying the remote, just google the web with the keywords “Ford 2007″ “keyless remote” etc.. You will find what you need. Do NOT go to dealers because they’ll charge you an arm and leg for nothing.

Most vehicles have to go back to the dealer to have them program. It takes only a few minutes and you need to bring all your remotes with you at the same time.

call the dealer and most will program them for free on the service drive . also can look into locksmiths.
