How do you find the 5-digit unlock code for a 1995 Ford Taurus GL?
I’ve looked for it everywhere but I don’t know where it is. It is a used car and I know the code to lock it, but not to unlock it.

Check the trunk lid under the sound deadener carpet. Pull the trim back and it may be on a sticker on the metal.
Contact Ford dealership in your area. They may require you to prove its your car but they will have the code or the way for you to reset the code.

You may be able to get it from the original selling dealer, but I highly doubt they will cooperate with you because of its age.
I found mine under the trunk liner in the upper left corner (ish) of the trunk.
How about an ‘04 wagon? I popped the glove compartment to get a look at the computer module (like my ‘96) and there’s no sticker around the hatch. Any advice appreciated! Leslie
