how do i pull my dashboard out of my car?
i have a 1988 ford taurus gl i was wondering how i pull the dash out of it. i want to put in a custom fiber glass dashboard in it because i am completely modifying this 88 ford taurus

remove panel under steering wheel, remove glove box, remove radio,remove instrument gage panel, some little pieces and some of the large pieces snap in and out. now look for screws under low on the dash, there are some behind the radio, also you may have to remove center console if you have one, there is no need to disconnect all the wire plugs, there is usually one large plug that goes right with the dash. if dash does not come lose look for hidden screws.

just undo the screws and pull it out
You’ll have to drop steering colum,loosen screws along the windshield,should be 5 or 6.might have to take windshield out to get at them.On your A pillars (rh & Lh) there should be a bolt you can loosen then your dash will tip out. Youll also have to disconnect speedo cable at cluster before dropping dash
