		<description>It should at least make it better, but it really depends on what it wrong.  Do the flush, and add a &#34;stop slip&#34; transmission fluid stabilizer, like Lucas Oil.  That will give you the best results for what you want to spend.</description>

		<description>Maybe. It's hard to say for sure. It may be worth a try. Contact the link I provided. They are excellent w/ trans issues. Most trans problems do not require a rebuild. It's just that most mechanics aren't really trans knowledgeable and to them it's easier to replace than fix a trans. But, these folks know trans! Call em'.</description>
