My daughter is looking at a 1995 Ford Taurus for ,250. Her boyfriend said it was a good car, but I don’t know anything about cars and motors and things like that. I don’t want her to buy something that may only last a few years. Does anyone know if these cars are good or lemons?

I have a 1992 Ford Taurus Wagon and I cannot figure out how to fix my turn signals. The hazard lights, windshield wipers, and windshield wiper fluid button all work but when I push the lever up or down the turn signal lights do not come on. I have replaced the fuse, replaced the entire multifunction switch and now I am out of ideas. What else could be causing the turn signals to not turn on?

I just got off the phone with a friend and he told me to not go check out a 93 ford taurus I found, the price seems right but would it be that much of a mistake to purchase it for 1500?

Once the car heats up and i come to a stop i give it gas and the engine revs but the car goes nowhere. It will eventually get into gear and i can go. It also happens sometimes when its downshifting to get up a hill i have to let off the gas and it usually gets into gear. What might be causing this? Can i fix it myself?

I have a 1993 Ford Taurus and it is an all around good car but lately it has had a very hard time keeping an idle. I tried putting SeaFoam in it and did not help. The sparks are good (not great but not bad). In the city if have to use my left foot for brake and my right foot for gas because i have to keep it going.. I need some help. Any Ideas?

The climate control in my 1995 Ford Taurus SHO is not working properly. It is either HOT or COLD, sometimes if I have it set at 90* it blows cold air, and set at 60* it blows out hot air, but either way it is just hot or cold, I can never get it to blow out warm air. It also makes a "flapping" noise. Any body have any ideas of how to fix it? Is it a vacuum problem, or the flap for the fresh air intake?

my Ford Taurus has a busted tranny.. and they both are just parked there so I thought i might put the engine in my 97′ Ford ranger. The other thing is, the original engine that is in the Ranger is only 3.0L. but they are both 6 cyl. anybody with the know how please answer this.
