2000 ford taurus misfiring after tune up?
I have a 2000 ford Taurus, it’s misfiring and cutting off after tune up. I changed the plugs and wires one by one to make sure I didn’t cross anything up and now it runs worse than before.

You have cross wired 2 cylinders somewhere. Re check your work
ignition control module and or coils
Same thing happened to me. Double check that the o-ring on the intake manifold didn’t slip on you. It would cause it to run rough and then cut off if you take your foot off the gas.
i had the same problem – make sure you use platium plugs from autolite – thats what it calls for – just installed mine and it runs and idels great – my plugs where sooty black especially #1 and #3 – good luck!
