go back to idler re rack a few times should tighten up little saw one that was worn enough to rub against other pully stopped tension effect f .. if doesent work get small size belt,, and ck if treads are inside on belt

All the things you listed puts more load on the engine when in operation and the serpentine belt will move faster around the system. You don't have the correct tension on the best. That's why its squeeling.

FIRST CHECK THE TENSION ON THE BELT…… YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A LITTLE PLAY ON THE BELT…. IF THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM THEN GO DOWN TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND BUY A CAN OF BELT DRESSING…… I THINK ITS LIKE THREE DOLLARS…. AND THAT SHOULD DO IT……… GOOD LUCK………….

its not tight enough, go get the mechanic to make sure its tensioned properly.

its making that sound because the belt is slipping off the pullies. when you turn the steering wheel, it puts a load on the power steering pully, so the belt isn't tight enough to turn the pully so it slips and makes that sound. and when you put on the heater, it might be because your alternator is slipping. your alternator supplies electricity to your car. so the more accessories you got running, the more of a load on your alternator. the more load, the harder it is to turn the pully, so if your belt isn't tight, it will slip and make that sound your talking about.

just simply get it retensioned if you already got it replaced
