1995 ford taurus 3.0 starts hard and black smoke from the exhaust won’t start uless pedal is fully pressed?

   it,s flooding it self. change the fuel pump regulator and see if that helps. sounds like the regulator is letting too much gas pour into the injectors.

   fuel and air filters and maybe a bottle of fuel treatment might do it or better octane fuel or maybe it needs a good tune up

   you are having a problem with the fuel supply,the engine is burning too much gas,have the injectors flush and check the throttle body for problems.
